The woman at the front desk went out of her way to help me out. Every employee we encountered was very pleasant. The owner was our physician last year, my kids loved him and is the reason we continue to go here.
Wonderful experience! The wait was short and the staff was really nice and communicated with us about everything without judgement or trying to rush us out. They seemed to really care about their patients as well as their job. I can definitely say I highly recommend Health Express.
I was able to get in the same day I booked the appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I waited in the lobby for no more than 5 minutes. I received x-rays and results in the same afternoon. I will definitely use the Hartville location again.
The staff were incredibly fast. Thecare seemed to be so precise, not muddled or confused about details. Everyone was kind and very polite. Thank you so much for an urgent care visit facility who act like family. I feel much better and thanks to the staff at this facility. You are rock stars.
The staff were very nice and attentive towards me and everyone there. Was in and out pretty quickly. Also Dr. Joseph was outgoing and was able to figure out what was going with me very quickly through some tests. Overall would definitely recommend

Was able to be seen without insurance quickly without having to spend a ton of money out of pocket on testing. I felt like the physician, Joseph, actually listened to my concerns and was very helpful. Front desk staff & nurses were kind as well. Would recommend for minor medical needs in the area.
