The nurse and the provider both were super friendly and helpful. The provider was more thorough than my own GP and I really appreciate that. While it was a longer wait than, say, CVS i feel like with the quality of care I recieved, it was well worth the wait.
I chose this urgent care because I was sick for a couple days and have a fear of the ER. They were great. Great service, great treatment, thorough examination and testing. The NP was so friendly, observant, good listener and had my confidence right away.
Wait time was zero, staff was friendly and accommodating, doctor was knowledgeable and helpful in what treatment I should follow, and an antibiotic was prescribed for the infection. I will definitely be returning as needed.
Everything was easy. Making the online appointment, filling out the paperwork online, parking, friendly and kind check in, no waiting, they listened to what I had to say, ran the tests and got me on my way fast. These are all great features but when you are sick and feel awful they are so appreciated. Especially on a Sunday evening!
My experience there was the easiest trip to the urgent care I’ve ever had! I was down the street bowling with my family and had been ignoring a bad toothache so I left to get an antibiotic when the pain was too much and I was there and back in literally 20 minutes! I’ll never go anywhere near else again I was THAT impressed!!
I had a great experience here! I’ve been to a lot of urgent cares and this was probably the most thoroughly I’ve been helped. They took their time and explained everything that could be going on, and even took some further steps that weren’t necessary to get answers. I will definitely come back here if I need an urgent care in the future!

This is the first time I was ever at Express Urgent Care and I must say, I was very pleased. The staff was just awesome and I would highly recommend going here if you’re under the weather or any other health issues.
Clean place with a friendly staff!! Made my appt same day and didn’t even have to wait. Right in and right out. Will be back! 🙂
