Great staff and very friendly and helpful. My check in was quick and turn-around time to see me was quick. Physician on schedule was very nice & recommended a few medications to help clear up my health issue. I will definitely use this urgent care again and recommend it to anyone who lives within a 10 mile radius.
Yes the staff was extremely respectful and prompt! I was in and out about 10 minutes. I've always have had a positive experience. I don't feel rushed and I feel like they do care about my well being. I will always recommend this place to anyone!

I brought my mother in to be seen recently, and the staff was amazing. Our nurse, Allie, took great care of her. She was so nice and personable with the both of us. My mother even made the comment as Allie left the room that she was friendly and made her feel comfortable.
The staff were very friendly. I was seen promptly and everyone was very professional. I was visiting from New Hampshire and was able to get the medication I needed to treat my symptoms. I was able to follow up with my primary care clinic in New Hampshire yesterday. Thank you for everything.I will definitely use this urgent care again and recommend it to anyone who lives within a 10 mile radius.
100% my go to urgent care facility. From reception to Dr. Aide to Dr... excellent service, professional and dependable care. Had an eye stye on eye lid. Dr prescribed ointment and voila, by the first day of application the stye was reducing in size. Day 6 of application and it is nearly gone. Color me one happy patient! Yeah Avon Lake Health Express Urgent Care! Thank you all!
I've always gotten good treatment here. I've been here several times over the years. I'll continue to have them take care of me. All of the workers are exceptionally nice and professional. Ashley is one of many who deserve. Great recognition
I hadn't been feeling well for a couple of days and I was able to make an online appointment and get in the same day. The PA that I saw was Kara B and she was awesome. She was kind, knowledgeable, and concerned. She took her time and answered all my questions. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I would very much recommend Urgent Care, Avon Lake!!
Great and friendly service, from the desk all the way out the door! Test were explained carefully, treatment plan was straight forward, medications were promptly sent right to the pharmacy. My go-to urgent care for any problems!
