They are very personable and friendly they truly care about their patients. I feel seen and heard every time I go into see my primary doctor. Dr. Deagan and Mike the wonderful person who makes me laugh who checks your blood pressure and gets you ready for the doctor. I highly recommend Health express primary care in Cleveland at Pearl st location.

I have come here for 5 years and they have always been so kind, fast and efficient, they also have primary care as well if you need established with primary care. My husband has struggled to find an urgent care who takes his insurance which is anthem Medicaid . Dr.deagan and nurse Mike are great and actually care.

My son had a minor injury while we were visiting Cleveland. I saw other positive reviews of this location and decided to go there. I was not disappointed in the service and expertise we received. The visit was extremely efficient and most importantly my son received the care needed without having to go anywhere else.
From the moment I stepped inside, everyone was incredibly friendly. Despite being quite busy, the lady at the front desk took the time to thank everyone in the lobby for their patience. The entire team was professional and courteous. Thank you so much!
The staff were very nice. It was organized so I got in quickly and the doctors listened to me and helped me get on the path of health. A lot of times I go to a place and they just act like I am a number but every time I go here I feel like they actually care.
My virtual visit was quick and easy! The Dr I spoke to was very kind. I will always do a virtual visit now. When you aren't feeling well and have no strength to pack your baby in the car and take him to the office virtual visits will save you!
